What You Need:
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- Cook the rice according to the packaging. To make it a quick meal, use instant brown rice.
- In a pan mix the rice, beans, salsa, and chili powder. Let simmer until the mixture is warm.
